This is not an original KFC outlet nor an official branch. It is a local restaurant using a similar name. The food quality is acceptable, but the biggest issue is car parking, as parking space is very limited and often creates inconvenience for customers. Another problem is the service timing. If bread/roti runs out during your meal, you may have to wait quite a while for a refill, causing the food to get cold and reducing the overall dining experience. The staff is average and the customer service could be improved. Overall, the food is okay, but better parking management and faster service would greatly enhance the customer experience.
