Waited in line today for 30 minutes. We drove up to the 1st window to pay and no one was there, sat there several minutes and no one came to window. Drove to second window and no one there. Waited several more minutes and finally someone came. We were told our order had been deleted and we would have to drive back around. They were short hand. I understand being short hand but someone should always be present at the pay window so there isn’t no misinterpretation. Horrible management. We will not be back! Service: 1

Ordered 3pc tenders and fries. Which came to $10.05. So you would expect them to be bigger than your finger for that amount. I also wound up with wedges not fries but I can live with that. But the 3 tenders barely touched the top of the red line on side of box. So 3 little 3inch tenders for $10 is a little pricey. Just saying. Food tasted fine and service was fine. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Went through drive-thru at KFC in Murphy, NC and they told me and my family that it would be 40 minutes before any chicken can be served! It's KFC!!! Why is the chicken not already prepared. This has happened to me at least 3 different times. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
