One of the worst experiences I’ve had at KFC. The food was not ready, the staff were unfriendly, and the manager’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. The restaurant also had an unpleasant smell. Very disappointing service overall. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
