Pulled pork sandwich at KFC Muswellbrook

Australian cuisine can be tried here. You may be offered such food as good fried chicken, chicken fillet and rolls, come here and try them. At this fast food, you can get a takeout. A lot of guests have noticed that the service is professional. But KFC Muswellbrook has been rated below average by Google.

Absolutely disgusted in the service, the crew were all in the kitchen yelling and screaming laughing, very unprofessional. The cleanliness or should I say lack of is appalling. We are waiting for our small order and have been waiting 25 mins Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited KFC Muswellbrook for lunch , I wanted to order an original chicken burger, the young boy at the register didn't even know what it was, I was explaining to him that it was just a chicken burger, so I changed to 3 piece breast box meal. Well when I received my order, it was 3 very greasy pieces of chicken, I couldn't even recognise what it was, My brother & sister in law were not happy with their order either, not getting what was ordered, 1 piece of whatever was burnt black. As for cleanness, it was shocking, food on the floor, tables were a mess, had to wipe it down to be able to eat at it, toilets and mess, Ask for serviettes, their answer was we have none. The manager was in the store & apparently not doing his job either. No I'm not happy Jan Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I know the kids who work there are doing their best but counting ? Is short changing the customers how you make a profit .
