Ordered online for take out, said 5-15 minutes Got there at the 15 minute mark, they said around 20 more minutes Took a total of 55 minutes to get our orderwe were the only people there. We got the family bucket and sides, and they gave us the side size of the individual meals, maybe enough for one person per side. Everything was rock hard. They forgot several things in the order that we had to ask about, or just fully didn’t get. Staff was rude, fully acted like us placing an order was a personal slight. It was 2 hours before close. We aren’t the type of people that normally complain, but after that, we ended up calling corporate after seeing the various other one star reviews after our experience. Someone from corporate needs to either come do a full redo of the store and staffing, or shut it down. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped on 4-12 at 7:40 and went to drive thru to place an order. Sat waiting for someone to take our order. I finally called and he said they didn’t hear the alarm ring and didn’t see us on camera. He said we could dive to the window and place our order. We were greeted with rudeness and left. Also they were not busy and employees were just standing around. I guess that is why they were not busy. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had to wait for the employees to get out of their car and come in to take our order. I wish I would have read the reviews before going into this absolute dump!!!Got our food pretty quick..But it was almost inedible old tuff and cold strips and you could've broke a window with the bisqets. The drink machine pours water on your hand while filling you drink from every spout. They had no BBQ sauce...no salt or pepper The chicken cook was in the lobby with us watching videos on her phone that was so loud we couldn't hear tye music from the overhead speakers. My wife couldn't get in the bathroom the whole time we were there because two of the three children that an employee had there while they worked were playing in the bathroom. During our visit there were three door dashers that came in for their orders and they didn't have anything ready and they yelled across the whole place to the chicken cook (Behind us on her phone) to drop some chicken and she yelled back to them that ....you can't cook chicken it's 9:20 it's too late!. If they wanted chicken they should have came earlier. One of tye dashers was mad about it and the girl up front followed him outside arguing with him. The bathroom was without a doubt the funky.. nastiest bathroom ever been in ... EVER!!. The bottom of my shoes is the only thing that touched anything in there but I still felt like I needed a bath when I came out...yuck!!! I've never got KFC that was too tuff to eat. But let me tell you I did that night. I will never under ANY circumstances ever step foot back in that sespool !. And I highly suggest that you don't either. Dine here at your own risk!!!
