Very disappointing experience. I placed a mobile pickup order and arrived at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, I informed staff that I was there for a pickup and waited for assistance. I was then told that part of my order was unavailable due to the restaurant being out of an item and that no communication was ever initiated to inform me that the item was out. I politely asked if a substitution could be made since I had already paid for the full order, but my request was not addressed. Instead, I was ignored while staff assisted other customers, and no substitution, refund, or resolution was offered. I ultimately left with less than what I paid for. While I understand that items may occasionally run out, the lack of communication, effort to resolve the issue, and basic customer service was very disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers receive better service and fair treatment. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have to preface my review by expressing: it has been YEARS since I had KFC.. so I suggested to my buddy that KFC's near by and I hear they just bought back the new BBQ wings... and so we pulled up and went inside. We were greeted by the 2 cashiers in the front and my order was promptly taken and I was handled patiently yet expeditiously. When my food was ready I thanked her took the bags to the car and dove headfirst in to the meal. I ordered the: Mac & Cheese bowl with Chicken and shredded cheese as a topping...which was a 100% out of 10, A Drumstick & a Breast (crispy) which tasted delicious and brought me back to my childhood 2 biscuits...FLAKY AND BUTTERY 100 Out of 10... would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
