At this fast food, guests may have tasty fried chicken, mashed potatoes and spicy chicken sandwiches. Visitors don't highly appreciate biscuits at KFC. This place with takeaway food is good for those clients who like to have supper in a hurry. The staff is said to be courteous here. A lot of people think that the service is decent. Big improvement since last time I went I had avoided this place for a while because I was just overall disappointed with things each time I went but I'd seen posts about new management and getting things better so I decided to try it out today and lete tell you I was very pleased food hot and fresh service was good and got exactly what I ordered hope this stays this way Food: 4 Service: 4

“We don’t do dark meat” - an under-qualified KFC manager One day the owner of this establishment will realize that the reason there are hardly any workers at this location (or customers) and there is such a high turnover is because of the manager. That woman is in there yelling at everyone, getting orders wrong, and blaming everyone for it but herself. I just left there and she pitched a full tantrum because SHE gave me all white meat when I specified dark. Really not that big of deal to me, but it was big enough a deal to her to call me a liar and throw a temper tantrum as she, ironically, lies and says that they “don’t do that”. You don’t do dark meat? At KFC? Then she carries on a rant about working with a brand new crew who can’t get anything right (3 other members who are also standing there watching her make a fool of herself). Yells at the cashier. Yanks my bucket from me and tosses it in the trash before turning her lying behind around and going to get 15 pieces of dark meat out of the warmer. I only ordered 12. She made sure to let me know that she gave me 15 pieces as if that excuses any of her behavior. If your kids work there. Please check in on them. I felt so bad for them. Mind you there are only two customers: myself and a nice elder gentlemen. Whole store is empty except for one couple already eating (and watching lol). No cars in the drive thru. Empty as usual. She was the only one losing it. Not a good look at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

**Horrible customer service** Food is almost always great and I come here at least once a month or so and the employees are usually always trying their best in every way.. considering it being fast food. Today I came in and ordered 30$ worth of food and the front line cashier was awesome. I walked out happily with our food but as I got in my car I went to dip my biscuit into my other side and thought it wasnt there because I didnt realize it was in the box, not with the other 3 other sides I ordered---> I go back in with a SMILE on my face and start to show them politely I think that something is missing. IMMEDIATELY another employee, im assuming a manager- Tall dark headed woman on second shift comes up with an attitude telling me very RUDELY- without letting me even finish my sentence that I was lying. Very unprofessional and shouldn't be acceptable! I work in fast food myself so I definitely wasnt being rude at all. She needs to learn how to speak to her customers! Especially when nobody has been rude to her. Uncalled for completely!! And she most definitely was told off like she deserved too! Pathetic customer service! Food: 5 Atmosphere: 3
