Do not leave without degusting perfectly cooked fried chicken, coated chicken and fried chicken burgers. This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Sadly, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is annoying at KFC Oamaru. Downscale service is something that guests would like to improve here. The pleasant atmosphere has been noted by the clients. But people rate this place below average on Google.

The bathrooms were disgusting, you could see a trail of pee when you open the male and female bathroom door. Many things on the menu weren't available including BOTH sizes of water, bread rolls and other things. Many people were given free large fries as a filler. Service was also incredibly slow Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic customer service! One person ahead of me in drive through and get told there's a 20 minute wait on chicken at 6pm. This is dinner time so why isn't there sufficient amount of chicken ready?!. When I asked the bloke why there's a 20 minute wait, a woman got on the intercom and said that they just sold four jumbo buckets and it's not their fault there's no chicken. Then I get a very rude "do you want to wait or not". When I said no, she didn't even ask if I wanted anything else, she just said " Have a good night, bye". Had to reverse out of the drive through. This is the first time this has happened. Most times wait 20-25 minutes for chicken. Never had this rubbish service at any other KFC I've been to. Sort out your staff KFC Oamaru. This is the hospitality industry! Service: 1

Food is the same as any other KFC. But I'm sorry to say the wait times are incredibly slow. 36 minute wait in the drive through. Not good enough in my opinion
