Very disappointed with my experience at this KFC. The chicken was hard and completely flavorless, nothing like what you expect from KFC. On top of that, I specifically asked for bone-in chicken and was given strips instead. When I questioned it, I was told they were closing in half an hour and weren’t making any more bone-in chicken. I also spoke to the manager about the quality of the food and how the chicken had no flavor at all. Her response was simply “OK,” with no apology or attempt to fix the issue. Between the poor food quality and the lack of customer service, this was a frustrating experience and not one I’d want to repeat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
