False advertising. You can order 20 chicken nuggets, but I received only 15 nuggets, and this happened two times in a row. The first time, I even heard the employee tell his coworker to “put 15.” I had to rush to catch a train, so I didn’t check the order. and yea in the box i had only 15 nuggets. (Order time took 15min) Then I came back another time, and the same thing happened again. Today, before ordering, I specifically asked if the “20 nuggets” order actually including 20 nuggets. The employee said yes. Then I confronted him and asked why I had received only 15 the previous times, but he didn’t respond. I asked again multiple times if the order would really include 20 nuggets, he kept saying yes. After about 5 minutes, my order was ready. Usually I have to wait 12–15 minutes. And this time, yes I actually received 20 nuggets. (the other employee in the back laughed about this situation) but for real i mean who will give me my 10 nuggets in total i didn't recive ? So the conclusion is: if you want 20 nuggets, you need to fight for them. Price per person: €15–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered one fillet burger and one zinger, but received both fillet. Also, ordered the kentucky Gold burger especially for the sauce, but it was literally dry. Bad experience Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €5–10
