Ilenia is absolutely amazing! She’s one of the kindest and most respectful team members I’ve met at KFC. Every time I’ve gone in, she’s gone out of her way to help me, and she does it with a smile and genuine patience. What stands out most is how generous she is with her time and support she never makes you feel rushed, and she always makes sure everything’s right. It’s rare to find that level of care in fast food, and it makes a huge difference. If you’re at that KFC, ask for Ilenia. She’s the reason I keep coming back.
