I rarely do a negative review. Trust me I understand the struggles of working in customer service. Though waiting for an hour is a new level. I hope they can change. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I ordered online Delivery from this KFC in Passaic three times over the past two months. All three times I received NO SAUCE. I ordered the HONEY BBQ CHICKEN it was SUPPOSED TO BE slathered in HONEY BBQ SAUCE. All three times it arrived dry with NO SAUCE. The third time I ordered I decided to ask for 5 Honey BBQ Sauce Packets with my order in case they didn’t put the sauce again. They didn’t put the sauce and they didn’t give me the 5 sauce packets. This place will not ever apply sauce to an order that calls for BBQ Sauce and is sold as “Honey BBQ Chicken”. They also refuse to answer their phone when you try to call them. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Went to this establishment on Saturday, 2/14, and ordered 35 chicken legs, nothing else. The young lady told me that is "not possible". I had to buy "mixed" pieces. I left and went to Popeyes less then a mile a way. Ordered 35 legs. Got 35 legs. Simple. KFC lost a long time customer because of this. Service: 1
