I am so disappointed. The classic KFC taste we used to love just isn't there anymore. They don't maintain any quality standards at all, and the staff is completely irresponsible. I bought some chicken today, and to be honest, it felt like it had been double-fried. There was absolutely no freshness to it. I also got an ice cream for my child, but it was practically like water. On top of that, they aren't even offering genuine KFC ice cream anymore—it was literally just a standard Cargills vanilla ice cream cup with some topping thrown on it! I am never going back.
