I had an awful experience at this KFC. I ordered a 3-piece meal, and the chicken pieces were huge but incredibly chewy—not tender at all. The first piece looked undercooked, so I spoke to the manager, and even after a replacement, it was worse. To top it off, the bathroom had no soap, no napkins, and the place was just a mess. I won’t be coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Damian Moreno appears to be lazy, complacent and agitated. Went back inside after receiving my order, something wasn’t marked and was asked to bring everything inside for him to check it in the back. I have never been asked to take stuff back to the kitchen after receiving it; Not only is it a health code violation, he purposely marked it incorrectly. I have no idea if he did anything to my food seeing how his attitude displayed severe annoyance, had to just toss everything since it seemed off. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The menu online is nothing like the menu at the drive thru. They didn't have the 5 piece they do online. The young man said 'oh, the menus aren't the same'. Which sucks. Instead of the 5 piece, I had to get the 8 piece and it was $40+ dollars. Not what I expected to pay. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
