We attended at lunchtime on a Thursday and it took 28 minutes to get a basic order. Some time long before 28 minutes it loses it right to be called fast food. It's only food. Also it wasn't hot. Baffling how our food could be tepid and it still take them that time. Avoid. Inept Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't really understand what is going on here. They have like 10 employees for about 2 customers. All of the employees look busy and are running around, but they're not actually doing anything. It took 5 minutes to get our order in, and we're waiting on minute 10 without food. I've seen a lot of poorly run fast food places in the US, but this KFC really takes the cake. Chicken was OK, French fries were stale. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
