I am concerned because in Phokeng KFC they asked to use my foun to write reviews and rate them with my foun as a customer..The Guy even used other slip NOT my slip QR Code...How can Employee rate himself!!

Thought every staff member get a training before they start to work at each and every kfc until I met KFC Phokeng mall staff...they so confused they mix orders like anyones business if you don't confirm if all items are packed in for takeaway u will regret.... sometimes all of them will be at the back with no cashier and u ask yourself if all are working at the back... don't wana talk about standing on a que for 15 minutes while u only 3 in a Que.... dear KFC phokeng mall train your staff members its embarrassing
