I placed an order on line at 4:33, said I would pick it up at 5:00. Got there at 5:05. Employees were standing there to tell me they didn’t have any extra crispy & would I take original. I said no & was told it would be 20 minutes. I came back was told another 5 or 10 minutes. I got my order. Got home the tub of chicken was soggy with oil. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to KFC in Pineville La at 11:15 am. They informed me that they would not be open for another 20 minutes. They are supposed to open at 10:30 am. What is the problem. I’m sure they lost a few customers because I know I left and didn’t return. Something should be done about this.
