Ordered thru app, waited for more than 30mins and suddenly cancelled order. Went to outlet personally and the manager was making excuses, and offer to make order on the spot. Decided to get refund because of unprofessional service. Worse kfc app ordering experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

SPEED OF PREPARING ORDER REALLY SLOW. MY ORDER COMPLETED AT TERMINAL ORDER ON 8.22PM AND I SAW FRIED CHICKEN BOTH SPICY AND ORIGINAL READY AT THE RACK BUT YET TO HAVE STAFF PREPARE THE ORDERS. THERE ARE 7 PPLS BEFORE MY ORDER ALL WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. DONT KNOW WHAT THE STAFF DOING.... WHEN I GET MY ORDER ALD 8.42PM 20 MINUTES TO COMPLETED MY ORDER... PLS IMPROVE ABIT LAR....

Hi KFC Malaysia, I would like to highlight a very disappointing experience I had on 1st December at KFC Lukut. I ordered 4 sets of chicken bucket for takeaway, but the staff forgot to pack all 4 mashed potatoes that were included. I also paid cash around 10am, but the counter staff (Malay girl) refused to open a bill because the PIC for the cash counter only starts work at 11am. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Because of this issue, I had to wait and order something to dine in. Even then, the dine-in Coke was served half cup only. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand like KFC. My family and I have been loyal KFC customers since the 1990s, but the service quality has been getting worse day by day. I hope KFC will take this matter seriously. Please look into this issue at KFC Lukut and advise how you will compensate for the missing items and the inconvenience caused. Thank you.
