I am extremely disappointed with the lack of updates regarding my order. I contacted your general careline to report the issue, but the call was abruptly disconnected while the operator’s personal phone was ringing, which is highly unprofessional. I have a recording of the call for my reference. I placed my order at 7:12 PM today, and as of 9:30 PM, it remains in “preparing” status with no clear communication or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect immediate attention to this matter, along with a proper explanation and corrective action to prevent such incidents from happening again. Failing a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to QSR Brands and Johor Corporation. Price per person: RM 20–40 Service: 1

Poor management. Was using app for delivery. Waited 2 hours but no update. Unable to cancel. Contact through apps and google are both unreachable. Went to the store itself and only then get the food but unable to refund. The staff insistent of giving refund out of pocket. Her name was Ainin i think, kudos to her and the staff. Good people, bad management
