Ordered online (Qskip apparently??) from KFC 17th quarter. My order number #111439. I was sent a confirmation SMS to collect my order at 18:28. I arrived at 18:27, my order showed on the screen under the ready soon section. By 18:47, various customers had entered the restaurant, ordered and left with their food while the status of my order had not changed. I eventually asked the host why my order was taking so long. He informed me that my order would have been ready at the correct time if I had informed them that I was there to collect my online order, but that I had failed to do so. He then proceeded to argue with the staff until they packed my order. He then handed me the Parcel without so much an an apology. The dunked wings were thrown into the parcel in such a way that they fell out of their box and everything was covered in sauce. There was also hardly any chips in the meal (should have been 2 x medium). You need to up your game! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
