The food is always good no matter which kfc I go to. But this location I had never been too, as usual the food didn't let down. My complaint are the prices. Come on you guys charge more and more every single time I go back their, kfc in general. I can go to a seafood restaurant and order an oyster dinner and a halibut dinner and literally pay less per plate that to get a 2 or 3 piece chicken box there. That's just plain greed. Like you wouldn't make bank if you had reasonable prices, you'd probably have more because you would get more customers. I know many people who never get to go there because it's just to costly. Please forward this onto whomever is in charge. It sure isn't The Colonel anymore, probably his already rich family members. Anyway thank you for listening. I ordered 4 chicken snackers through the app for my wife and her coworker at work. I go to the drive thru and get my order. Take her the bag. I drive off. She opens the bag and there is one chicken sandwich in the bag, no snackers. She gives her coworker the chicken sandwich. I call the KFC and tell them about it, they says the manager filled the bag so it is right. I said we did get one chicken sandwich so can we just have 2 snackers to replace what we didnt receive. She talked to her manager and came back and said, again, since the manager filled the bag it was right and they won't do anything. Paud $12 for a chicken sandwich I didnt order. From now on I will have to open the bag to make certain the order is right before driving n off. Interesting how customer service has gone downhill over the last 30 years.
