KFC is pretty near Burlingame (Falcon) Park. A lot of guests suppose that you can eat good fried chicken, mashed potatoes and chicken sandwiches here. According to the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer good lemonade. Clients don't highly appreciate biscuits at this fast food.
KFC is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Most people think that the dishes are offered for low prices. The enjoyable atmosphere is to be found here. But google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.

Dirty lobby, flys and trash everywhere. Chicken snakcers were hard and stale. The employee was apathetic and had zero manners. I threw the whole meal away after two bites. Waste of time and money. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were treated with respect and kindness even though we were gathering our pennies for payment. Food is always good but it's the staff who can make a difference in a return visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered for collection from this location and upon pick up I was instantly greeted with disrespect by the rude lady at the drive tru obnoxiously stating she can’t hear me while being at a maximum distance of 3 feet apart. Still I remained calm and reiterated that I was there to pick up my order. While waiting for my order which seemed to be forever the rude lady unsympathetically returned to the drive tru to explain that they were out of tenders. I was understanding and affirmed that she could substitute it for perhaps a sandwich which was when she once again she unpleasantly states she can’t hear me which was what seemed to be intentional as she paid no attempt to even make an effort to listen carefully, perhaps she was stressed or ultimately lacked rudimentary social skills I truly don’t know but ultimately better judgment should be made on behalf of KFC when employing people to undertake such customer service roles. Continuing on, after waiting with bated breath she returns to the window again stating that they’re out of thighs.. surely after the realization of being out of tenders logically you would confirm if the rest of the order could be fulfilled at a minimum if you weren’t competent enough to do so before accepting the order. Her solution to this was comical, suggesting that I substitute my thighs and drumsticks for wings at the same exact price and quantity, what type of sick joke is that? Of course I declined as any logical person would and requested to cancel the order. The level of service given to customers can really make or break their experience at a restaurant and unfortunately on this occasion the level of service was subpar.
