Went to the drive thru, they gave us the wrong order. We waited another 20 minutes, went back around and asked for a refund because at this point it’s been 30 minutes. She told us it was done right now if we still wanted it so we said if it’s done now we will take it. Waited another 5 minutes and heard her tell them to hurry up and make it for us, we asked again for a refund and a few minutes later they shoved the bag out the window and quickly closed their window. We asked for 2 large Pepsis and got one medium Pepsi and one medium root beer. Burger is not what we ordered as you can see on the receipt! Last time we went there the guy working didn’t give me my drinks so I said hey we got drinks and he said no sorry there is no drinks on the order. Got the receipt and showed him there was drinks and he says oh sorry I thought they already gave you drinks. But he was the only person working the window at that time. Highly disappointed! Seems like it’s very undermanaged and chaos. We won’t ever be back! Food: 1 Service: 1

Took a full 25 min for them to take our order, then took another 30 min to prepare the food and they got our order wrong and about half of the orders wrong while we were sitting here. Honestly pretty remarkable. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff is very friendly and food is good. I usually get the KFC bowl which I enjoy although sometimes I feel like I only get half a bowl please work on consistency of food and I will continue eating at your restaurant your chicken rocks as well as your diet root beer Most restaurants don’t have much to choose from as far as diet drinks. I appreciate the fact that you have Non-caffeine diet drinks covered. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4
