Pésimo servicio. Desorden total. Hice un pedido para retirar con 20 min de antelación y me entregaron el pedio 45 min después de esperar en el loca (la comida fría). El local sucio. El personal completamente ineficiente. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $25–30

Generally good. It is a chain that has been in Ecuador for several decades. But today I stared at the trays where they serve us food and the edges are dirty. I got closer and the dirt (black) can be seen a minimal amount in the folds of the tray. They give us those paper placemats. They are smaller now but I see that it is not enough. Currently there is even a campaign against helicobacter in Ecuador and let me tell you that this is not a game. Please, KFC gentlemen, your food is delicious, the atmosphere is good, the customer service is excellent, but please put detail into this...
