I had a really frustrating experience here. I waited about 60 minutes for a small 8-piece order, even though I had placed it online 20 minutes before arriving. The staff were also rude and raised their voices at customers, which felt very disrespectful. Also perfectly decided on providing a wrong order

Bro the place don't even have a working phone that works when you call they take 50-1hr to make an order it's very unsanitational I seen someone touching the register with their hands then put their hands in a bowl of flour and touch chicken without washing them hands they need to do better at this location including new staff and a manager who actually upholds everything including integrity

If I could rate this KFC 0 stars I would. I went and ordered the 8 pc family meal yesterday & it was the worst service and food ever. I was there for nearly half an hour, it felt longer in all actuality. Not only did they have me waiting there for a while but 2 customers that came way after me got their orders first then me. One of the ladies asked me twice what my order was to which I repeated once again what my order was but continued to take her time. Then when they finally gave me my order, 4 biscuits were missing & that wasn’t the worst yet. I get home open up the bucket of chicken and it’s soaked in oil, NOT FRIED, SOAKED IN OIL with no skin on mostly all of the pieces of chicken it was just disgusting! I spent $30! Never again ! Just close this place down honestly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
