So I called them on the 24th of may 2026 to ask them if they still had Nashville hot chicken to which they told me yes this was late at night too, so than I get up here may 25th Memorial Day early and first the guy ask if I wanted 2 piece 3 piece or 4 piece to which I said 4 piece than my friend gets his meal but the guy tells me they don’t have Nashville hot chicken so they lied on phone than made something up in store apparently. I than said ok I’ll take my refund back and I hear girl saying make sure you get his soda as if I’m bum when they were the ones acting like bums today. The Mexican lady was especially rude ripping the receipt from hand than finally giving me my refund to which when I walked off I noticed she was 3.50 short I didn’t realize it at first as I had a bunch of other money in pocket and had just got back from store so mind was all over the place. I won’t ever be coming back here and I’ve gone here for about 6 years now living close by so I go a lot. Can’t believe I came one other time and it was 10:33 am and they didn’t have doors opened nor was anyone close by in store to open the location either when the sign says opened 10:30. This place sucks more than any fast food I’ve been to in Reno. I quickly went to port of subs guys who know what they’re doing. I’m never coming back here even if they have the greatest sale ever. The food here is about the same as with the other locations. The service from most of the employees is fairly exceptional! EXCEPT FOR THE LATINA WOMAN WHO HAS MADE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that she has worked there for 13 YEARS and yet STILL MANAGES TO GET ORDERS WRONG AND PROCEDES TO INSIST THAT THE ORDER IS CORRECT! No MA’AM! I do take out for my passengers here at least 3-4 times a week. We need better customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

So some people never rate corporate fast food very highly. Yes, this isn't some high end restaurant, but rhe people who go here aren't expecting that. So when I rate a fast food place, I am rating it against other places of similar type. This place is a decent KFC. If you like KFC I don't think you will be disappointed. The staff is friendly and apologetic if they don't have the exact pieces of chicken you wanted. They will certainly make more for you fresh, but if you are in the drive through they will give you a choice of other cuts. Overall, while it is not a high end steak house, it is a good KFC. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
