Unfortunately I don’t really leave negative reviews but we had ordered here on Tuesday 23/06/2026 around 6:30PM. I understand that you have drive thru customers but we had been waiting inside for over 25 minutes for 3 tenders, 2 burgers, 1 popcorn chicken, 2 chips and 2 drinks. All the drive thru customers got served so much quicker than the ones inside. It was a bit frustrating as well having 5-6 people inside pick up their order before us even after ordering later than we did. When we received the order, we had asked for fresh chips which they still gave us the bag saying they were fresh. They were cold, lukewarm at best. As well the two burgers we had ordered were wrong. Price per person: A$40–60

Im only putting my review here because it happened here, its not KFC's fault and so im not pointing anyone particular out. 2 months ago going through the drive thru the tills must've been down, we made our order & my friend driving says "look at this, they were never taught", i look up to see the cashier she looked 15 or 16 trying to work out on a piece of paper how much change to give & she just couldnt for the life of her. It was such basic maths. My friend & I both said $3.15 change at the same time, she paused as if she didnt believe us & I can understand that. She tried to work it out on paper again but because she could see more cars coming up behind, she gave the correct change that we said. I could only imagine how bad her whole shift had been for her & there would be customers that she gave the wrong change to & there wouldve been customers that told her the wrong amount of change to give on purpose. After hearing that tablets are given to children in schools before they can read & write gives me the impression that they dont emphasise on hand writing as much anymore, so much so by the example of the girl serving us in the drive thru, that schools dont emphasise on kids working out maths on paper with a pencil. It doesnt seem like a big issue & tills dont go down very often but it might be important for KFC to test potential employees on working out maths on paper. On a day the tills are down it could mean the difference between making a profit or loosing quite a bit. Just a thought Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
