Cooks at this fast food do their best to provide visitors with tasty grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and chicken pies. You will hardly forget good lemonade that you can taste. Guests don't highly appreciate biscuits at KFC.

I just wanted to pop on here and give a positive shoutout to Ashanti and Ms. Joyce and the manager whose name I didn’t get around noontime on July 14th. They were all very nice and pleasant and bring a warmth to this location that will have people coming back for more. Good service is everything for a business, I had to let it be known there are gems at this KFC! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The gentleman that took our order actually had a personality. He was friendly. Asked us how our day was going. U dont get people like that anymore at fast food places. Congratulations on him passing his driving test also. Idk his name but I hope they know who it is and let him know we appreciated him yesterday afternoon. It was storming out last night but I had to run out and get something to eat and figured I would swing by KFC because it was close. I placed an order on the mobile app and the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in about 7 minutes and parked in the mobile order parking spot directly outside their front doors. A young man came out and asked me if I had a chicken bowl and I had said no and told him what I had ordered. I'm not blaming the kid for that because the app does not ask for any vehicle information to assist in people getting the right things the first time. At approximately 15 minutes since ordering the young man brought my food out and asked me if my name was Gerald and I said yes and he handed me my food and wished me a good evening. I said thank you and backed out of my space and proceeded home and when I got there I had everything except for my sides. There's nothing worse than getting home and finding out the people couldn't get your order right in 15 minutes. So then I had the hop back into my truck and go back to KFC and go inside and explain that I had everything but my sides and another young man took care of the problem. Luckily their chicken is as good as it is otherwise I would start taking my money elsewhere. I was kind of baffled that my order got messed up, because they weren't overly busy due to the severe thunderstorms rolling through. They tape a ticket to the outside of your bag and I'm not sure why it's so hard to take a look at the ticket and glance into the bag to make sure the customer gets everything they ordered. Of course I will keep going back but from now on I guess I have to start checking the bag and make sure I have everything before I leave. All in all it was partially my fault as well. Perhaps we can all try and do better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40
