Definitely a huge problem with management and untrained staff - if you complain about the same thing with almost every order you place (missing items) and it happens again and again and again ... Ordering online, arriving to pick up and you are told some items are no longer sold - then you have to stand and wait for a replacement. No pride with management or staff - if there was any, this would not be a recurring problem.
