Placed & paid for an online order at about 7:20pm, while the employees marked my order as picked up on the app, I didn't get my order until 8:05pm, because "the chicken wasn't done" will definitely avoid this one going forward, wish I would've seen the reviews, kinda defeats the purpose of having an app to order ahead of time if the employees are just going to slack off and wait until the customer shows up to prepare it. Mind you there was zero customers besides us at the time. Awful experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do NOT go to this location, they forgot so many items in mine and my friends orders. Additionally, the food I did receive just had me unsettled. I used to love kfc but the quality is not the same anymore. The workers didn’t help until some other customer called for them MULTIPLE times while they were doing god knows what in the back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
