Ordered through the app and some of the food items were missing which was very disappointing They don’t answer their phone when tried to call. Dining tables were dirty while picking up the order. Never coming here at all. Should have looked at the reviews first smh. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give them a minus ,I would .so unfriendly no customer service skills whatsoever even when you are polite to them We were first to wait in line for KFC Supergirl Krypto bucket and nobody else was there they changed the rules to a draw and posted fliers when another nice worker told me 2 days ago that we could get one for my nephew in 2 days no problem but pretty sure this new lets draw for your win says no chance because they were in the back acting like they were holding the product hostage and switching out the winning draws taking out the win because they were being prejudice and racist Of course we purchased something and got nothing never answering questions or even saying welcome or have a good day ignoring other people behind me .Called corporate and they documented it but what steps to take they were to call me back and call them but they did say since I was the only one there they should have sold it to me went to another KFC they didn’t get anything supposedly then went to Redlands KFC Amazing worker Rosalia picked up my call said after being mistreated at other KFC made it right by showing customer service and what KFC should be about.We were able to buy it and from now on we are customers for this city.Sad this location in Colton treat your unfairly what wasn’t advertised making your own fliers and doing something that’s not legally posted is sad.Then to treat people like garbage is sad.Never setting foot in that establishment again .Be aware the food wasn’t even hot .Thank You Redlands KFC .Colton KFC I still got helped somewhere else no thanks to your wicked attitude I still got helped somewhere else also forgot to add they threw 50 bucks out the window over nothing. Went through the drive thr. Location always out of popular items. And whatever food you do receive is cold and sad. I suggest training on preparing food and proper customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
