I am a delivery rider and had a very bad experience at this KFC branch. I came to pick up an order, and the staff member forced me to give a Google review. When I politely refused, he started behaving rudely, snatched my phone, and threatened not to give me the order. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Staff should respect delivery drivers and customers instead of forcing reviews and misusing their position.
