KFC in Riyadh offers a quintessential fast-food experience with its focus on American cuisine. Located along Salah Al Din Al Ayoubi Road near Security Forces Hospital, this outlet is known for its signature spiced and tasty dishes. Despite this, customer experiences have varied significantly over the years.
Reviews from visitors have painted a mixed picture of the restaurant. While some patrons appreciate the good taste and efficient delivery of their meals, others have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of food and customer service. There have been complaints about long waiting times, especially on the single side, and instances where staff seemed overwhelmed.
It is important to note that the most recent feedback available from customers is over four years old. Additionally, specific details about the restaurant's operating hours remain unknown. Prospective visitors might want to explore other reviews or contact the location directly due to the lack of updated information provided by the owner.

Poor customer service for the single side. Open late and only one person was working on the family side. People were standing outside waiting for them to open the door on the single because everyone was talking and eating. The family side was open. Pray had finished fifteen minutes minutes before and went in through the family and waited another twenty minutes for someone to take my order and other people were waiting to order. Is this the way you wait on people at KFC? This is the KFC near Security Forces Hospital. Also, the person in charge did not even apologize to the people waiting. I think I will never recommend this KFC to anyone.
