Being a regular customer at KFC I saw this branch as the worst in customer service. The manager sitting inside and one employee serving "Ahmed Gamal' very rude after placing the order and waiting for more then 30 minutes I saw him serving numbers until 278 and when I asked him for my order he told me directly to cancel the order if you cannot wait .keeping a employee with such rude behaviour at such a famous place damages the brand image. When I tried to reach out to customer care they kept disconnecting my call. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Not expected by a brand like Americana .
