Pranav 8 months ago on Google

I ordered through the KFC app, and it showed the order is ready for collection. when I arrived at the outlet, it was still not ready and I had to wait almost 20 minutes to receive my order. I was also looking forward to trying the new Om Bdr Chicken, but what I received was quite different from what was shown on the website. Overall, the service and customer experience need improvement. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner 8 months ago

We strive to provide a seamless experience, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion. We appreciate your feedback and will address these concerns to improve our service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Regards, KFC
