I honestly don't know where to begin with how terrible my experience was at this KFC. Before leaving home, I called to confirm their closing time and was told they would be open until 1:00 AM. I arrived around 11:00 PM, only to find the dining room already locked. My only option was the drive-thru, where I sat in an extremely long line that moved painfully slowly. After waiting about 30 minutes, I finally reached the window. That's when things got even worse. I was told they had no ice, so my soda was warm and nearly flat. I took my order and drove home, only to discover they had completely messed it up. I specifically ordered dark meat, but instead received three chicken breasts. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the food itself. The chicken tasted so bad that I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing the entire meal in the trash. This visit was a complete waste of time and money—from being given incorrect information about the dining room, to the long wait, the incorrect order, the poor-quality drink, and the awful-tasting chicken. If you value your hard-earned money and want food that's actually enjoyable, I strongly recommend avoiding this KFC location. I visited this KFC with my wife, my 2.8-year-old son, and my 11-month-old baby. We ordered food for dine-in, but the dining room was extremely hot and uncomfortable because the air conditioning appeared not to be working. With two young children, it was very difficult for us to stay and eat, so I spoke with the staff and requested a refund before dining. I was told that refunds were not provided and that only replacement food could be offered. There was also a sign at the cashier stating that the store no longer issues refunds, which I have included in my photos. I asked to speak with a manager to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, my concerns were not resolved, and I was not provided with contact information for store management. I understand that equipment issues can happen, but if the dining room is not comfortable for customers, especially families with young children, there should be a reasonable solution. I was disappointed not only by the condition of the dining area but also by the lack of customer service when trying to address the issue.
