The staff was somewhat pleasant, it took a good moment to get the order. When we made it home that I realize that we did not receive the items I had order. I called the KFC and informed the night manager of my order concerns. She told me to go out and check my car for the missing bag of food items. How unprofessional and down right rude! By the call she did state "WE are closing now and you can come by tomorrow to pick up the tenders". I was not a happy customer I had two family members that had nothiing to eat. Now I had to go somewhere else and spend more money to feed them. No apologies for the missing food or the inconvenience that this caused. It is sad that it seemed to me the manager concern was not for customers satisfaction. The manager did not care if the missing food would be an inconvenience for the customer.
