Went through drive thru, got pulled but yet food was cold. Mashed potatoes were clumpy and one of my chicken bites was not fully cooked. Won't be eating here again. Lady was nice though with a smile Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I am absolutely disgusted about my experience. I've never been to this kfc. Went through the drive thru and requested a family meal 12 pc. Immediately before I could even finish he says there a 30 minute wait. I said thats fine and from there he sighed and treated me poorly. He didnt ask if I wanted crispy...he didnt ask me if I wanted wins or thighs with drums. I had to add that in at the end because he was rushing me. I got up to the window and I said hi...he just looked at me and took my card. He shut the window and while he was processing my card he was shaking his head in disgust. After waiting about 20 mins in the front parking lot someone brought me the food. On the way home we opened up the bucket to see a breast with half of the breading off of it. So im already mad at this point. When I get home and finally open it to serve my family its a complete disaster. Literally breading has fell off almost all the chicken. There were tiny peices of chicken that were mutilated. I just could not understand what I was whitenessing. I ordered 12 peice...in thw bucket it consisted of 2 full thighs, 2 wings, 1 drum and the rest was a torn apart disaster. I am appalled that i spent 50$ ...waited 20 mins... was treated like disrespect and they still had the audacity to serve absolute garbage to my family. Literally looks like chicken scraps. Food is great but there is a kid that was working the drive way thru and he is very rude. He did not say your welcome and had an attitude because HE forgot to put sauce and a biscuit in the bag. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
