Order placed at 17:09 whereby instead of a Hawaiian zinger burger I received a plain Hawaiian burger, my order was the new double crunch burger whereby I received a double crunch burger. The other 2 was at least correct. But when I went back to exchange my order for the new double crunch without bread buns the incompetent Supervisor #Maria stated that I must bring the whole order back???? For fuckking real why the whole meal if I want to exchange your wrong order for my correct order placed??? Afterwards she refused to exchange or refund me back my money, basically #Maria stole a total of R49. 90 from me? Lastly she stated that I can go report her to head office which I did... Awaiting feedback from head office and I wil never support KFC ever again!!!!! #bad serve #wrong food #NO customer service!!!
A pic I took of #Maria running away when I want to report her.
