Sat in Que no one moved for 30 mins (and still sat here! ) Que is massive phone numbers wrong disgusting for such a massive company! Will be avoiding in future

shower of nobs. no staff 20min to get served inside and only one customer in front of me. so can't blame it's busy. and no gravy in either meal. sloppy

Shocking service today at you KFC Stadium Way Rotherham. Spent at least 10 minutes waiting to be served (was 1st in the que i may add) no apologies. The person I assume was the manager was clearly more concerned with the drivethru. I actually felt sorry for the 2 young girls who appeared to be inexperienced been left to manage instore customers.
Clearly a very ill managed shop.
I finally walked out with no food.
Maybe should be just a drivethru based on my experience
