Clients don't highly appreciate chicken at this restaurant. At KFC, you can order food as a takeaway. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is professional here. Despite the popularity among customers, the weak point of this place is its unprofessional service. Guests write negative reviews because the atmosphere is downscale. We ate around 8:30. We ordered two combo meals with fries and burger plus mashed potato. Our order arrived, but the fries were missing, so I asked the cashier why there were no fries when the meal was a combo. The cashier said they had no fries available anymore. Is it our fault that they ran out of fries?! That’s their problem. We paid for the complete order, so they should give us everything without anything missing. Several minutes passed and they still didn’t give us the fries. The cashier then offered fries that didn’t look good anymore, so I said okay, but the fries they gave were really not okay at all. They could have suggested a substitute that’s similar to fries, since my child really wanted fries, but they didn’t say anything. Honestly, their customer service was poor—just because it was already 9 PM and they were about to close, they had no effort left for the remaining customers. That’s why we will never eat at KFC SM Roxas again!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in
