Very disappointing service at the KFC Roxburgh Park drive-thru. We had already placed and paid for an online order before arriving, and unfortunately chose the drive-thru pickup option. At around 6:15 pm on a Saturday, the car in front of us was kept waiting for more than 10 minutes, which also held up everyone behind them. When we politely suggested to Nick that, if an order is taking longer, perhaps the customer could be asked to wait in the waiting bay so cars with ready orders can move through, his response was extremely rude: “Work inside the kitchen and do my work, don’t teach me.” That is completely unacceptable customer service. A simple polite response would have been enough, even if they were busy. On top of that, the order was basically shoved at us with no tissues or wet wipes provided. Very poor drive-thru management and, more importantly, extremely disrespectful behaviour towards a customer. KFC management should seriously address how customers are spoken to at this location. Order type: Take out
