Waited more than an hour & a half for our order after ordering on the Mr D app. Decided to drive to KFC Safari Gardens ourselves. There were all the delivery guys waiting for orders. Some for more than 2 hours! And the KFC staff just ignores them. PS. These poor guys may only accept & attend to 1 order at a time. This is their way of providing for their own families and it seems like KFC's staff couldn't care less. People who don't go to the restaurants themselves like we did, give Mr D a bad rating while it's the restaurant's own staff who is pathetic! Even customers in the store & in the drive through were unhappy about the turnaround times for their orders. I would give KFC Safari Gardens ZERO out of 5 stars if I could! Poor, slow service. Ignorant & sometimes arrogant staff members. Some do not even know how to talk, smile or make eye contact! Food's not always good. Sometimes you get old, dry, reheated chips or chicken. Mash & gravy seems more like watery potato soup. And one ALWAYS has to check your order because 9/10 times they left out something "by mistake"... How & why does KFC employ such untrained people who are not fit to work with people or food?! Doesn't help to complain to the manager either, because they think a freebie will make the bad service better somehow. We don't want freebies! We want good, fresh & fast KFC presented by friendly, competent people! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 700–800

Burger not properly wrap resulting being unwrap in bag, chips tasted old, hard and was cold, zinger wings had not taste and they forgot the mini loafs
