Placed an order online. It was just for 8 piece chicken. Went in to pick it up shortly after getting the "Your Order Is Ready" message on my phone. To my surprise my order was not in the pickup counter. I waited thinking that maybe they were just running behind, but no. When I asked the associate, after waiting 15-20 minutes, where my order was, he said, "someone else must have accidentally picked up my order." He then proceeded to re-do my order. May I suggest that an associate attend to customers picking up orders so that mistakes like this don't happen. We are all given confirmation numbers whenever we place an order, they should ask for them or at the very least, ask for names. As of now, it's like a free for all. No associate is checking who is picking up orders. Anyone can just come in and grab any bag. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Ordered through doordash. 3 piece chicken tenders, secret recipe fries, masked potato, bisquit. I didn't my get my dipping sauce, the contents of the box looked like it was just thrown in there! Fries were awful, like I got the " been sitting there all day" portion! Tenders were soggy! Not impressed KFC! Price per person: $20–30

I ordered 8 piece meal yesterday at around 2:15. The chicken was so hard and dry we could barely chew it. It must have been sitting around for a while. We ended up throwing chicken out and eating potato and coleslaw. $22.00 wasted.They shouldn't sell chicken that has been sitting around. It was terrible.
