This review pertains to KFC Sandbaai (Engen). To start with we were treated like second rate citizens as we were not interested in donating R2 to feed prisoners in jail (I pay my taxes...). We are definitely not KFC regulars, but they managed to get our order wrong for the third time in a row. My Hawaiian Rounder with Colonal sauce ended up a plain Rounder with Zinger sauce - really, that was our only order; should not be this difficult to get the food you pay for?

During my holiday in Hermanus I went to buy take out from KFC on three occassions. Upon paying for my order I was asked each time if I would like to donate R2 to charity. As I was waiting for my order I was astounded to witness that this question/request was only asked to patrons of white ethnicity and not once to any of the black patrons placing & paying their orders. Can KFC please confirm if this is standard policy?

Thanks guys always a pleasure to buy there. The young lady at the counter shouldnt look so sad though a smile always makes a customer feel more welcome! But the food we always enjoy.
