I had ordered on door dash. Had my husband pick up the ordered. The ordered said it was ready. When he got there they staff said they will get his order. He waited almost 15 mins for the order and he felt ignored. My husband than ended up going through the drive thru to get their attention. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't usually stop at this KFC, but I was in a real rush I needed to grab something to buzz home, eat, then zip back to work. I ordered number seven, which is three pieces of chicken, one biscuit, two sides and two sodas. The guy working the drive-thru got one of the sodas wrong, but he corrected it and apologized. When I got to the window, he handed me both sodas, and one big plastic bag with a box in it. I got home and discovered that box included the three pieces of chicken and biscuit, but the sides were not in the bag. No coleslaw, no mashed potatoes and gravy. So I ate what I had, threw the garbage away, and drove back to the other side of town. I popped into the store to ask for my mashed potato and gravy and coleslaw to go. I was greeted by Susan, who was wearing her name tag on her hat. I presented my receipt, made my request, and she immediately demanded to see the empty box. I explained that I had thrown away the empty box but there was nothing in the empty box, because it was in fact an empty box after I ate the chicken and biscuit. She declared that there is no way she can give me the sides unless she looks in the empty box confirm that the box is empty, because I may not be adept at identifying box emptiness. I reassured her that I have seen many empty boxes and I'm quite confident in my box emptiness evaluation skills, then asked if she thought I would carry a box including sides back into her store to ask her for sides that were not included. She did not have an answer but only restated that she is unable to dispense any precious sides without looking inside empty boxes to confirm their emptiness. So if you're paying Susan to keep your inventory running lean by not delivering the sides included in big box number seven, she is due for a raise. If not, tell her that I left with a coleslaw-shaped sadness in my heart and an unshakable resolve to never return to her store again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
