ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. WORST KFC IN SANTA ROSA. MOBILE APP SAID OUR ORDER WOULD BE READY BY 7:32 AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE AN EXTRA 5 MINUTES AT THE SPEAKER. WE PARK IN THE FRONT AND WAIT 20 MINUTES JUST FOR EVERYONE BESIDE US TO GET THEIR FOOD FIRST. I WENT INSIDE AND EVERYONE IN THE LOBBY HAD BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. MULTIPLE PEOPLE WERE WAITING AT THE COUNTER AND NO EMPLOYEES EVEN ASKED WHAT THEY NEEDED. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF WAITING THEY SAID IT'D BE 9 MORE MINUTES OF WAITING. AFTER 15 MINUTES MY GIRLFRIEND WENT IN AND SHE WAS TOLD IT'D BE OUT IN 2 MINUTES. IT TOOK ANOTHER 10 MINUTES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME OUT TO OUR CAR THEY MADE US COME INSIDE. WHEN WE GOT HOME, AN HOUR LATER, WE REALIZED THEY FORGOT TWO OF THE SAUCES WE PAID EXTRA FOR. WE ORDERED 20 DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD AND WAITED 55 MINUTES FOR FOOD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR COMPLETELY RESTAFFED. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER. Service: 1
