The recipe for success of this restaurant is its perfectly cooked coleslaw, spicy chicken and fried chicken. Food delivery is a big plus of KFC Cyber Valley DT. The staff is said to be hospitable here. The terrific service is a big benefit of this place. Come here for the cozy atmosphere. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Amazing experience at KFC Cyber Valley. I never knew “fast food” now means waiting almost 50 minutes. Ordered at 2:47 PM and only got my food around 3:35 PM. Truly impressive time management. What made it even better was the unfriendly staff who looked like customers were disturbing their peace instead of ordering food. No updates, no apology, just endless waiting and bad service. If the goal was to test customer patience instead of serving chicken, then congratulations..mission accomplished. Service: 1

Worst service ever. They are supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but by 10:40 AM, they still weren't ready and had no food prepared. The staff have terrible attitudes and look like they don't want to be there. I’ve given this place four chances because it’s near my house, but I’m done. The service is deathly slow and the management clearly doesn't care. Avoid this branch at all costs."
