I want to start by saying when we entered the building there were no other customers and they wasn’t any more until way into our meal. When first walking in you are greeted with a sign saying to “order at the kiosk” the man at the counter turned his back to us and walked away. Couldn’t get a senior discount on the machine. At this point no actual person has greeted us or said anything. We go through THREE tables before finding a clean one to sit at. Again no other customers and we are seeing staff literally doing nothing but talking in the back and the back floor was also dirty. First time they address us is to call out our order. The lady had it set on the counter and she walked away from it so we couldn’t ask for sauce or anything. I set the food down and see they didn’t give us a fork for the coleslaw so I have to go up there and yell to get anyones attention to come to the front. They don’t have to take our order, didn’t greet us and no other customers and still couldn’t give us a fork or be bothered to ask if we needed anything else. The bottom of my bun was rock hard, couldn’t eat it if I wanted to. Whole place was messy and seemed to be run by children. Definitely never giving my money to this spot again Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order a chicken bowl combo. = bowl and drink. They charged me 10.57. But if I order the bowl and drink separate it is 5 dollers for a bowl. And drink is 3 something. By ordering a combo I got ripped off. I will never eat at KFC ever again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
