The service was absolutely horrible!!! When I came in, there was a woman in line. After standing behind her for roughly 5 minutes, she gave up and left. Within that time of me coming in and her leaving, nobody said anything to either one of us. I moved up to the counter and waited approximately another 3 minutes before being acknowledged and asked what I’d like to order. I am not exaggerating on the approximate time frame. This service is uncalled for and I am beyond dissatisfied!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

After I was handed my bag I asked for bbq. The kid told me he had to charge me 53 cents per bbq because I didn't ask for it wen I order my meal because they have to be rang in. If i would have done it when i first ordered then itd be free but since i already made my transaction he had to ring them in. What a joke. So I have to pay for sauces to dip my tenders in? Won't be back. That kid just left a bad taste in my mouth but i will go somewhere where the give u sauce with ur meal . My mind is seriously blown by that theory or thought process

This is always the best depiction of what a KFC should be. The food is perfect every time. The manager must really care about this place. I will not go to any other KFC because I would be disappointed after seeing how this store makes their food. This KFC is the only KFC in town that makes the food correctly and its always fresh. Anyone who leaves a bad review at this store come come fight me because you're wrong and you're service as a customer is bad, not the store. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
